Company is in loss for last 3 years. There is no CEO of this company. Management treats you like a salesman, you are expected to work on weekends. And as a software engineer, you are not supposed to take leave. There is no CTO, no good leader to stand for you. They never appreciate technology people in this organization. !!! You will get call on the name of HT Media, and on this name, you will consider joining it. Don't do this mistake which i did,

Work life balance, Poor salary, next year either you will get lay off or you will get max 5% increment. Here your bosses are fired first.

Nothing good now although it used to be a good company before Dec 2020.

It used to be a very good company to work till the time NewsCorp was the owner. Since the time (Dec 2020) HindustanTimes became the owner, the company has gone downhill. The company never used to have good appraisals. Only 2% - 5% appraisal even if you have worked exceptionally well throughout the year. The management doesn't know what to do and how to get the revenue. No product focus and no customer focus. There is only sales focus. Sell at whatever cost. Layoffs are common now.
