There is No job security at all.. Company can tell u put paper at any time, even if u do ur work properly. There is purely politics going on. Company doesn't acknowledge ur hardwork, Effort, efficiency, Skill and how much time u hv spend to bring things streamline. There is no staff value or the work value which u do for them. please don't choose this company as they make fake promises while joining the company.

I have learnt lots of things in mos utility pvt ltd. i was worked there from sales executive to sales manager in between i have learnt sales skill management team handling skill. and how to generated revenue from market.

I have given my best performance but due to internal politics in organization as on my performance unable to to get growth which i am expecting from organization

If you are Business mindedly then this is the best of best company to join else if you join as a job seeker you have to suffer alot. Else everything is good over here especially Bosses they were awesome.
