Terrible work culture and highly toxic environment in mumbai office. Lesser quantum of projects. No cross learning opportunities by working across on different projects. Some team leads in mumbai office are highly inexperienced in leading a team, planning resources and amateurish in design ideas. Review systems are biased.

zero work-life balance and a very very fast-paced working culture with very very strict policies. Unapproachable and unfriendly management. Work never completes in the given 9hrs.No compensatory offs and no Overtime payments.

Likes

Functional heads, team leads, and all colleagues are very supportive of one another and have a 'can do' attitude. They create a positive atmosphere at the office and push one another to learn more and upskill themselves.
