The company provides great sense of job security, the pay and bonuses are also well to do. The increments are also good if you are exceptionally well you are bound to get a higher increment. The department I was were very supportive with each other. The company really knows how to look after its employees(ranked as one of the best places to work as well) The company polices are flexible and good they do support its employees in pursuing CFA.

...crease but it is manageable, considering your colleagues are supportive as team. The company policies and pay and benefits are better than industry average and this tends to become a comfort zone especially in a task where the growth is stagnate

Likes

Benefits and salary are not bad. Morningstar databases are massive, complicated but widely used in the investment world. This job gave me the opportunity to learn them in deep.

Dislikes

There is a general desorganization in the company, especially in the Client Response team. The way clients' queries are processed is old-fashioned and no improvement is on the sight, at least on the short-term. Onboarding training are also quite bad.

...ple to work like a BPO, where you will slog for 10-12 hours and give production. Company is working on hiring only freshers salary is peanuts
