Salary is way below market, Very Limited Growth in career, Cost cutting is almost everything, Manager way to aged to manage young guys (In my team), Bonus are very low to minimum. In the end Salary in hand is the big big issue because of new HR's and unnecessary Bulk hiring.

Most profiles don't have a further scope, it's more of a data job than a finance/financial services job.

The company have good working environment with job security. It is best for freshers to start their careers in finance.

Less salary & compensation with their competitors but a little more lenient with selection.

...tar is very open you can directly reach out to leaders without any hesitation... Salary offered is above industry average....Lot of learning opportunities...... But growth is little slow .

The work culture is pretty good if you compare it to the Big 4s or the major Indian firms. The work itself is not too stressful, although it depends on your team and the manager.

Dislikes

Expect absolutely 0% growth in your career and skills during your time here. This is a dead end job which will just be good to pay your bills but kill your growth in the long run. It’s like working at a 100 year old Indian Public Bank with the same systems and processes, copy and paste model. You’ll always feel stuck and frustrated here no matter how long you’ve been here. I’d advise working at a different company where you’ll have to burn the midnight oil for a year, but could equip yourself with the right skills ensuring long term growth. This job is for those who’ve been defeated by luck, who were left with no other choice but to accept this job. If you are in a desperate need of a job, like many people in the country at the moment, then you can go for this one. It’s decent as compared to the toxic environment in other major firms in our nation. But don’t expect any progress in your professional life.
