Working at Mormugao is excellant. Port is very nice and good.

Dislikes

Salary is very less . There is no increment in time. Port runs her own Rule. If There is any vacancy come here. They join their trouh the refernce mostly No as per ROR and Eligible qualification. So there is no rule here.

Working for 2 months at mormugao port as internship trainee was a great start to my career, i got to see all the operations practically at the port and through that I enhanced my skills. I was working under assistant traffic manager Mr Premanand Dhumaskar Sir, he gave us all the knowledge about the port and other stuff.

There are shortage of material handling equipments at the port and the infrastructure should be developed that's all.
