...e in the company when you join, but end up not giving you 1% of the commited. 1. Salary: the monthly salary gets credited only after 45 days to 60 days.that too you have to literally beg for it. They did not pay me 2 months of salary when I resigned, I had to follow up for 6 months for it. They are big cheaters.This is one of their dirty tactic to get save half month"s employee cost. 2. Work culture : very racist. 3. Growth opportunities : Zero. No matter how good you are at work, but they will not give you any growth in the company. Appraisal is a 4. Job security : Nil. Who would like to work free of cost, and if you raise your voice for it..they simply terminate you.
