Company policies are not good they keep on changing every now and then. The management does not address our issues,they do not keep the mental health of employees in mind, I have been working since an year now and still have not got any appraisals and salary hike. I sometimes work for more than 14-15 hrs a day through Covid-19 lockdown. They change working hours according to their needs but do not allow even a minute spare.

Company is good but only for the freshers because there is not security of anything TL is good teammates are good environment is also good the company but Only problem is, there is no opportunity of growth you only work there year to year but no improvement you will get Tl are same every year nothing will change, salary is also okk but there is huge insentive that's why it is beneficial.

Nothing at all. Suppose they have a particular process and you are hired by morena technologies. When that process ends they will simply send you home. They did it with their 25 employees this year (2019) in the month of april. The people who are good at buttering and doing stuffs for the manager they will be their. Others will be send home. So if you are thinking of working in this company. Drop the plan. I strongly recommend do not go into this company. There is no job Security there. Salaries are never on time. Ive seen people being sent to their homes even after one not allowed leave.

Everything. Do not even think of going for an interview.
