This is not a company it’s a scrap yard they hire and they don’t have money to pay salary and fire without any notice even if he is a performer they won’t bother about it. They don’t have any vision.

Learning new attributes and engaging in various departments and linking each sector helped me a lot to gain personal skills and professional skills as well. The colleagues are very supportive and understanding. Over all it's a very good experience working in moreish foods, Asansol.

Dislikes

Earning holidays a bit tough, especially they don't always give overtime pay.

Learning and growth opportunities from as a fresher to Asst. Manager_ Admin, I thrive in environment where I can constantly learn new things and develop my skills and knowledge. I received mentorship from experienced colleagues as well as our management team. It help me to grow both professionally and personally.

I think not a single quality of this company,there no working enverantment.

Dislikes

Specially no line in moreish a depot incharge,there no work-life balance all the task do alone & live also alone 24*7 ,so thik it is not place to work.

The company culture and employee engagement at Moreish foods is unique and I really like the way the organization creates work ambience for the employees

Dislikes

Sometimes we have to work irrespective of work hours but that too is compensated well.
