Cluster manager MR DHIRAJ KUMAR RANJAN & Zonal manager MR MAYUR SAXENA behaviour was so terrible.there was no job security.cluster manager dhiraj ranjan also used foul language to employee.I suggest u don't join in More Retail under dhiraj ranjan cluster

Only the salary. That too they have to pay so that people somehow sign up for this madness.

Work culture - They have a slogging culture. No Work Life Balance - 6 days working. And so much work that you feel like you have to work on the 7th day also. You end up working for 15hours + on almost a daily basis. No job security - People are getting fired day in and day out. Performance Driven - You are getting dragged to work full on or else you fear you might also get kicked out! Travel - You have to travel extensively. Most of your time goes into travelling and after that you have to somehow finish the work piled up.

Insecure managers who didn't even bother to visit stores and understand issues. Derogatory comments Even sick leaves were not given No support in store hiring or stock allotment

There No Work life balance, we should forget our families and personal work. There no proper culture & No job security. There chance to develop our skills and knowledge. Top Management will treat front end operation people like a slieves.
