Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. The company does not have any system, the working tools are also not the best, the company is being run without any reason

Dislikes

The company is good but the salary is also not good in this company, they do not like to give incentives, in this the marketing people earn well, but the office people are not given any income, who are given lollipop and they do not stand it. Yes, they make you work for making jokes and incentivesIf someone achieves a branch, then they deny him by making fool of him, it is their job to cheat.
