Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It was a great experience with Moov group. Special thanks to the management, MD- Mr Suresh Nair, Director- Mr.Vinayan Nambiar, Technical Director-Mr.Thomas, GM-Mr. Maheshwer and my colleagues. I found the management is very polite and humble with the members. I am really missing all of them.
