There is absolutely zero trust between management and employees, creating a toxic work environment. The management here lacks professionalism and consistently makes decisions driven by personal agendas. They have a track record of denying employees their Full and Final (FnF) payments, to the extent of involving the police when someone requests their rightfully earned dues. After leaving the company, they stoop to providing negative reviews for HR reference without any substantiated evidence. In conclusion, this workplace raises significant red flags and may not be the best choice for prospective employees.
