Suited for those who excel at pleasing authority figures. Offers a unique opportunity to challenge your mental resilience. A good fit if you're devoid of critical thinking skills, ethics, and values. They provides specialized 'Office Politics' training led by management.

Dislikes

There is absolutely zero trust between management and employees, creating a toxic work environment. The management here lacks professionalism and consistently makes decisions driven by personal agendas. They have a track record of denying employees their Full and Final (FnF) payments, to the extent of involving the police when someone requests their rightfully earned dues. After leaving the company, they stoop to providing negative reviews for HR reference without any substantiated evidence. In conclusion, this workplace raises significant red flags and may not be the best choice for prospective employees.

I must say my experience at this company has been nothing short of terrible. The work culture is appalling. The environment is one of toxicity that breeds negativity and drains morale. You can feel the tension in the air the moment you step into the office premises. It's simply the worst work culture I've ever encountered. The management is clueless about what action to take to change the status quo. They don't have a clear plan to improve things and it shows. Their indecisiveness and inaction only serve to fuel the already existing frustration and negative energy in the workplace. Communication channels are also greatly lacking in this company. There isn't enough transparency between management and employees, and feedback is often ignored or taken with a grain of salt. And let's not even talk about the inadequate leadership. It's nonexistent. No vision, no direction, no motivation. Overall, I would not recommend joining this company if you value your mental and emotional well-being. The toxic work environment and poor management make it a complete nightmare to work here. Save yourself the stress and look for better options elsewhere.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
