There isn't enough transparency between management and employees, and feedback is often ignored or taken with a grain of salt. And let's not even talk about the inadequate leadership. It's nonexistent. No vision, no direction, no motivation. Overall, I would not recommend joining this company if you value your mental and emotional well-being. The toxic work environment and poor management make it a complete nightmare to work here. Save yourself the stress and look for better options elsewhere.
