...ger is kind person . not presure on jr . in only import dept is good for work ..there is not salary increase chances .. if you have worked for last 2 or 3 years with 3 LPA then they will offer you arround 2 LPA or max 2.25 LPA . in 4 or5 month you will leave organisation becouse no growth .. they offer MBA graduates arround 8000 month .

1. Late payment 2. Management not good 3. Manager behavior not good 4. Overtime payment not provide by company. 5. In that company if you make single little mistakes they levy plenty. (ex. If you not wearing formal dress, take ID care on dex, you came 10 minus late they leave half day,

Director of Company, pay less salary to employees as compared to works employee do in company and working hours of company is more than other company and there is 6 days full day working for 10 hours which I don't like, the break time for employee is only of 30 minutes.
