WOULD NOT HELP YOU IN LEARNING. IF YOU ARE STUCK IN ONE DOMAIN YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH WILL BE DOING THE SAME THING. YOU HAVE TO BE VERY PROACTIVE IF YOU WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING. MOREOVER YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGURE OUT A LOT OF THINGS BY YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE WILLING TO TELL YOU AND ASSIGN YOU ANY RESPONSIBILITY BECAUSE THEY FEAR OF PROBABLE F__K UP. Nothing to dislike particularly. Stipend can be a bit more I guess but that is ICAI's guidelines to keep the minimum stipend 2000 per month.
