Moog is taking care of employees amid this pandemic. Good safety approaches are followed in campus like use of sanitizer, masks, social distancing, cleaning, proper hygiene. I can say job security is also there in Moog during this period.

The company as a whole is a great place to work. Company has a very short term business forecast in most functions and is based on multiple sites allocating projects. Job security is good as long as you can create new opportunities.

Indian managers who has a wide experience in indian proprietary businesses spoils the great culture and work environment of the company. They are worried about their growth than the growth of the team.
