The company as a whole is a great place to work. Company has a very short term business forecast in most functions and is based on multiple sites allocating projects. Job security is good as long as you can create new opportunities.

Dislikes

Indian managers who has a wide experience in indian proprietary businesses spoils the great culture and work environment of the company. They are worried about their growth than the growth of the team.

The main strength of the company is process. Adopts latest technology and open to innovation. I got a chance to travel twice to USA. The company has world class Qualification test lab and facility.

Dislikes

Company is good in work environment but growth is very very slow.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
