There management is good but salary is not decent. And apart of this there no fixed the time limit

1.Job security like govt job nothing else 2.Senior will help you in your difficulties. 3.Is good only for career starting not for too long.

There is not only one drawback but many: 1.First n most important salary salary is very very less if you join any bpo as a fresher your salary will be more than here as an engineer. 2.No standardization of work. 3.No career growth n also salary growth. 4.Senior do not help properly they think you will grow higher than them if they help you. 5.Politics 6.Discrimination 7. Salary is very late fixed is on 7th of the h month but som times it come more than 12th day of the month also they make so much excuses when appraisal time come. 8.No job training is provided.

BA person working like HR. 3 person don't know how to work but doing R&D . If company want to growth then fire D2S . Also company is not listening hard working guys. No growth if you work for company they don't care from how many years from you work for them give them loyalty. Also who were fired & kicked from last company they teach how how to work in this company with professional 😂😂😂. No security of job they were fired if you don't butter them. Also if any one can tell where service engineer wear the formals . Also according to Gm if you are able then you can't wear cap it will share nagetivity.
