In India, the company is in the hands of a fool who doesn't know how to manage both funds and people effectively. He only knows how to push his way ahead by manipulating/suppressing people, cheating vendors and blaming his own shortcomings & faults, which often involve aquandering of funds, onto others. He doesn't even have the courtesy to talk openly to people, his own or the customers, and tries to hide behind emails & whatsapp messages during difficult conversations. And, to top all this, he drinks a lot and creates a scene every time thus ruining the company culture and destroying the prospects for a perfectly good & powerful product and a capable team. The Swiss management is very good but blinded by the Indian top management's lies & false claims.

The job is not secure at all. This is what happened to me . No documentary of any kind of maintenance work.and no any type safety precautions rules following. Also You are forced to work outside of your key responsibilities. Your experience and career are of no value at all, You have directly removed.. Without giving you warning up at the behest of others.

Dislikes

Lack of support.They believe in gossip and wrongdoing. And they sacrifice only good people.
