It's not providing tools & tackle and materials on the time of this company's site management so work is very delayed by the worker only reason the above-mentioned and as well not providing good accomodation for the worker very creating problems by the site management.

Good for those (freshers)who wants practical knowledge..

Company is good at HO Level.. Management on site is very poor. No annual salary hike.. No basic facilities for staffs..no one in management to address issues. Not a desk job.. Have to stay at site with workmen from morning to evening.

Monomark engineer need need and educated engineers then knowing everything ( relative department)

There are engineer and manager are not educated there engineers are have certificates but knowledge nothing

every company has its own set of pros and con, and so does my company to. First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next the technology and security is way too high and updated. coming to the pays and hikes this company provides better as compared to most. the best thing apart from work is the facilities provided to the employees (The cost of which is borne entirely by the company) is pretty helpful and more than anything else it gives a very good work-life balance

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it. I am looking forward for place of work where they values creative thinking and where managers are receptive to the feedback from their subordinates. This is not case with my present employer

The higher management of company from HO is good but on site the work culture is very inferior & lousy management.
