...good 2) You will not get any project until you complete one month after joining. 3) Laptop given for working are not good 4) Salary is average. Fresher Software Engineer gets 4LPA CTC and gross CTC will be 3.49LPA and in-hand per month will be 27k

...on for their project, in this way developer suffer a lot with work-life balance. they have biggest Indian clients ++, Time sheet is not there is +++, when you apply kindy negotiate to fix salary coz their variable belongs on 1year/365 days conditions, if you leave in mid then forget about variables.

be clear on the project from the client side, and give a formal warning to the developer before any strict action, they work even Saturday late night and Sundays too .

They give their trusted employees wfh as I m working in this same company from last 3 years. After marriage I have asked manager that I will do wfh so without asking any questions he has gave me the approval. And also I have leart many new things in this company.

Management is not good, no proper work life balance.

Worst experience, poor management too much of politics and people holding the senior position don’t have professionalism , and it my humble request from the NIT peoples Not to join this organization they disrespect that tag as well . Even the person who is the seniors in HR department didn’t even listen to you , if share you problem instead of enquiry , they just ask you to leave the organisation.

As they have good projects, learning is good but it comes with toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Huge Politics in Team, Job Security is major concern, Partiality Happens. Have to work on weekends if work load is there in team.
