Very bad work culture. The director ankit core team manager Dinesh & cloud team gaurav of technical services team are rigid and target people and do micro management. Very bad work culture they want people to be machines continuously on desks and takes credit in front of international team. Once they target you they will be after you until your job ends.

I got salary on time Laptop they gave were pretty good.

I worked for Sales Strategy and Planning team. I found the culture highly micromanaging. It was just a data entry job. But People expected you to know everything about systems, KPIs and data within your 1st month. And then they put me in PIP before even I could complete 3 months in company. I reached out for help to all leaders, HRs and senior folks in my team. Sadly no one bothered to reply me on DM. But they had good enough time to reply on emails and ask for simple pivot on spreadsheet. HR was so busy that she didn't even bother about my exit interview. I asked for exit interview for 4 times. That's the culture they have here. Anyone planning to join this, DO NOT JOIN. Rather work for any other company who remotely appreciates you as a human being. Thank God I am out of this workplace. Luckily I had skills to find a decent job within 2 weeks of they putting me on PIP.

Worked almost 8 years in IT industry with companies like MANG as well, but never had experience of such a great culture, flexibility I really like to contribute to the success of the organization by my skills because it goes both the ways company take care of us (employees) and we take care of company. If you skills there are lot of opportunities to grow in the organization

Senior leadership doesn’t have the skills of being a balance between process manager and people manager. Extreme work load due to no proper man hours calculation or staffing. Senior leadership is Disrespectful and dominating

Earlier everything was perfect but with senior leadership change now work culture sucks

They are talking abt stability and growth and funniest part is they laid off people within 2 hours without any clear reason . 15 days back they were talking abt no layoff and then all of sudden they did it. If you want to do layoff be vocal abt it
