As a growth stage product, there are sometimes changes in plans (due to the nature of business) so one has to be flexible and adaptable.

This place is all about talking and gossiping. Both founder and HR head love to gossip and often focus on it more than their work. The founder uses rude/abusive words and gets into arguments at the office and shouts badly. HR head spends a lot of time talking negatively about others as she has some inferiority complex and wants to hold the control so badly that she lies knowing that founder would believe her anyway. She has been there since the beginning and has lot of control over everything, even deciding what/when to eat on fun Fridays. The company does not have a vision and often say things that are not true and fire people and then talk bad things about them to other people. The founder of the company is ungrateful and lacks vision to grow the company.

People like Tarun so called backend dev but with 0 knowledge and foolish behaviour spoils the work environment. He is a real example to avoid people around you. No skillsets with foolish attitude. Just a jerk guy.

Worst working culture ( ceo is at fault as he trust few elite individuals )Who are actually spoiling his company and burning the money of him and his investors) HR the most non sense person in the office as she is interested in extra curriculum than work. Always busy in office politics i barely saw her working No growth, No promotions neither employee nor company is growing as company and it’s employees themselves don’t have any idea about company vision and mission everyone who’s working in the organisation are coming for fun and salary. As soon as they get job they will also leave. Even if you don’t have any job in hand i would suggest you to wait and join the better company if you don’t wanna get trap. Mark my words initially you gonna love the company as the time passes you will start cribbing about work and conpany. Alert 🚨You will start self doubting yourself and your future if you join this company

moneyhop is undoubtedly one of the most worst companies i have ever come across. the organization is plagued with dishonesty, mismanagement, and an utterly toxic work environment. first and foremost, the CEO, the mayank, is the biggest fraud I have even encountered. He blatanly wastes investors money without delivering any real results and has absolutely no integrity when it comes to keeping his word. his lack of leadership and vision is painfully obvious, and it's shocking how he continues to fool investors with false promises. Adding to the chaos is shraddha lawnde, the HR manage, whose unprofessional conduct and questionable relationship with the CEO only add to the company's downfall. instead of addressing genuine employee concerns, she contributes to toxic atmosphere and favoritism prevalent throughout the organization. to make matters worst, the dehradun office itself is a complete joke. they don't even have their own currency notes for forex transfer and end up borrowing from neighboring forex shops. this clearly reflects the company's incompetence and lack of resources despite their grands claims.
