My ASM Specially Vishal Gupta is not good person . Not motivated by Team. Meeting not happened every month. His picture not clear with ground realities . Market not visit . RD point not visit . Not discuss with PC team and TSI team . Cultural differences ASM belong From J&K not like Our North East Culture. His judgement is very critical mostly 2/3 person he likely the most in our Team team Size is Total 7 Person .

I didn't liked that company doesn't focus of trainee security and conditions how they are getting treated by the senior manager, leg pulling, trolling, abusive behaviour by my ASM, personal remarks passing by him. He used to threaten me in meetings. 😂. Such a bad person
