Don't go in sales profile they don't have direct payin payout option, They lunch new application but not providing single dealer to any branch and will not provide Sales team have open account from market and generate the revenue it self. No branch support.

employee satisfaction level is very much law and most of employees facing the issue of salary as well as perks, they r leaving the company withing six months

This is the organization where you will find only Lala Culture. Gaurav Bhandari is just like a Peon. In this organization whatever designation you want, you can get....no work culture.

No work culture and environment. Company has not been able to established its brand in last 35 yrs. No credibility of management.
