This is the organization where you will find only Lala Culture. Gaurav Bhandari is just like a Peon. In this organization whatever designation you want, you can get....no work culture.

No work culture and environment. Company has not been able to established its brand in last 35 yrs. No credibility of management.

There is on job training for new fresher. Sometimes the work pressure is very high.
