Dislikes

Management is very very poor, they are not giving response to employees. No salary increment management keep saying we will do but at the end you will not get any increment and they are not stand with commitment. Very bad HR experience they don't know how to speak politely to employees. Senior TL level full politics. I never recommend any one for this company.

People are very good. Founders are humble. If you like innovation, Monarch Innovation Private Limited is an amazing place to work at.

Dislikes

Initial salary is less but then the company is investing on new joiners by giving access to expensive softwares, etc. so it's a win win situation.

Likes

Culture and learning is great. Colleagues and management behaviour is also cooperative. It is a great place for learning and skill development. Growth and exposure to different domain is also provided.

Dislikes

I think there is nothing to dislike because management cares for the employee and provides everything which necessary.

Likes

Good working culture, and great opportunities for career growth. Also having a better Work-life balance. The company has a global client base. Re-hiring policy is better for employees.

Dislikes

Fewer paid leaves structure. Global client base, so have to work in night shift as well.
