Job description and work actually give does not match at all. Actually there’s no work. The work you do is make databases for innumerable times and keep on changing the formats of the actual work. Monitoring is to the level that you can’t even imagine of. Itna Toh jail me bhi nahi hota hain. Forget that you are human being, you will be expected to behave like machine. A machine that can’t have any errors. 10 hours shift with actually no breaks. If you ask for a leave it will be a crime. And the CMD has weekly mood swings.

You have to sit on your desk for 10 straight working hours with only half an hour break. MD himself monitors everyone constantly. The work culture is not at all good. Do not apply if you want work life balance.

Nothing, don't ever join that firm. I really lost my confidence because of the toxic work environment. I got scared whether I will be able to work other firms or not. It took me alot to gain my confidence back.

At start you will get to learn basic of IB sector that to you have read and understand it on your own. Colleagues are good.

As such many, There is no work life balance you will be tottered for completion of work. MD himself keeps watch on you continuously even you cannot talk to other employee. Unnecessary work load. Daily new rules applied. without your concern rules are being changed very less yearly leaves. Long Working hours all days only work ,even when it not required. Expectations very high. No Appreciation but definitely you will have to listen a lot if any mistake. Employee strenght is very very low. Bad environment all negative vibes there because of strict behavior by the MD himself
