The most appreciable part of this company was the friendly environment, a person was not so overburdened with the work and complete their work within the stipulated time frame. Time to time company provides job boosters to only marketing department to achieve the targets. They have good travel policy too, once in a year company programmed for outing in any state of India for the enjoyment and conference. Yes I can say job security was there until & unless employee have not done any very big mistake.

Dislikes

...tivational movements for the team, politics was 100% between all the colleagues. Company hired outsourcing on a hire salary but not believed and provide a chance to their old employees. Suggestion were not welcomed as the management only believe on the top level position holders. I have received many times appreciation emails from clients as well as vendors but they almost unnoticed at the time of appraisals. Top seniors always leg pulling the juniors. HR policy was worst except the Medical policy.
