1. Poor work culture 2. Racist organisation on biased genders 3. They hire only girls for own benefits. 4. No respect for employee. 5. Negativity all around. 6. Huge Lack of professionalism. 7. No company SOP's. 8. Huge over time, cancel weekly off. 9. No inventory management. 10. No Hierarchy. 11. No growth, put false allegation on staff to made him out, bad quality products, bad quality customer service. 12. Unnecessarily poking there employees, keeping eyes every time on employee via cctv. no freedom for work, store manager cant take decision, even for weekly off's needs to take permission. Huge waste of precious time while working in momentz. I suggest everyone, not to consider this company for work, as they lack everything and ruin your career, they don't even know excel detailing, This is the worst company i have worked with. I have deleted my experience with this company from my profile on naukri.com. Strictly avoid this company for better future. Thanks Shiv

They misinform people a lot and waste their hell lot of time by make them sit for long hours. I strongly informed their HR team that I will be coming for their interview from my early morning shift, straight from Gurgaon sector 49. And she told me that it would be only one round with the CEO itself and nothing else. Inittially, I asked her to arrange for virtual session if possible but she denied by telling me the same that there would be only one round with the CEO. After long wait of hours, some Sr. HR asked me to give first round and told me, if selected, then there would be final round of interview with the CEO. I mean, they totally mislead and strongly disrespect working professionals time and efforts. Their Sr. HR or PA to CEO was thingking of playing smart with her so called HR tactics as if we don't know the things. Literally, they don't respect people's time at all. And it's my personal review over here right after facing such disrespect and seeing such idioticity as per my today's experience. Dear Momentz Team, learn to respect people's time (especially of those who.came from far apar to give interviews).
