...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I joined as a fresher and spent 3 and a half years. I would say i mostly enjoyed being there. Got a chance to work at client site in UK twice for a period of 6 months. Being a service based company job security and work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

Pay scales are quite average. Also there are quite a few legacy technology projects are there too which won't give you much chance to improve technically.

Private company and it doesn't have any work culture,no strong hr policies,no work life balance,no good compensation and on it no job security at all. Always during appraisal,they will tell company is in loss and there is no talent development

Momentum takes great care of the studies of the students and supports the teachers who impart that education. Not only this, Momentum always presents positive proper behavior with teachers as well as with students.Baghel Sir, Abhijeet Sir, Pasre Sir and Naid Ma'am are very supportive..this is my experience.

There's nothing in Momentum that I didn't like.

The standard of conversation and communication amongst the management and the employees should be more effective to retain your best employees.
