... you to pay when you want to leave the company. And there behavior is very rude. Also they deduct salary based on target. Wont even pay you full salary when you want to leave the company. Forget about any compensation/bonus there’s nothing as such.

... provide any facilities required by employees nor do they help with work issues. Getting a proper salary is also difficult so need not mention any bonuses or hikes. They don't support employees in difficult situations. Leaving the company is also difficult as they try to employ new rules which are not mentioned or present in the appointment letters.

It a nice place for job security

...onal life once you join this place, there is zero balance between work and life. They get all the work done and the salary they pay is completely not worth at all. People working are just being treated as donkeys and put so much load. Worst to worst experience at this company, if you take a sick leave or any leave they do not have many people to take up the job alternatively. So even if you are on leave when you come back you need do complete all the work. I would personally not suggest joining this company as there is no career growth, no future or no money. Its just waste of time, energy and you might get all the health problems possible.

The Molecular Connection is one of the most best compony to work specially for women's. Management is too good and there are number of policies which are really helpful and good for employee.
