They don't support employees in difficult situations. Leaving the company is also difficult as they try to employ new rules which are not mentioned or present in the appointment letters.

The salary and appraisal are not satisfying and, the HR team won't even respond to our needs. They do even make us work on Sundays. Work pressure is so high and the benefits are not satisfying.

... you to pay when you want to leave the company. And there behavior is very rude. Also they deduct salary based on target. Wont even pay you full salary when you want to leave the company. Forget about any compensation/bonus there’s nothing as such.
