...en you do WFO. Working day at Saturday is not market policy for design office. No competitive salary package. Less to No team engagement activity.

Since IAM into service line , cannot plan for immediate leaves, sometimes I need to work for late hours may be 15-16 hrs. It's just once in a while so I am fine with it. Overall everything is great.

In Coperion division,most of the Lead engineers are from other fields,they don't have sound technical knowledge. Micro management and Bossiom culture. Management is not capable to identify the knowledgeable people.

my work experience was very good , every department co workers are very friendly,sports and annual function conducted very nice, but the management and rules are very bad, if they want you the communications will be good , if they don't want you they will go bottom level to treat you.

Dislikes

1. Mobile phone is not allowed in factory for only shop floor employees 2. shop floor employees have following one rules, office employees following one rules 3. they are not think about the shop floor employees 4. increment is not good only for factory employees
