I don't like anything Employee bond system for 02 yrs if resigned give 3 months notice period.

Dislikes

Bossy attitude of the plant manager and no development. Owner is good but fake information are giving my seniors to the head. He not believe the new joiner and work ethics issues. What to do and what not to do is not clear. Full politics top to bottom.
