Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

Likes

365 Days working and lot of work doing so easily earn experience and learning job for short time.

Dislikes

Gratuity not giving in this organisation it's worst. PF and ESI are limited employees only. Other employee not allowed benefit scheme of PF and ESI. Employee growth and wealth is very bad in this complany.. 365 days working but labour welfare scheme many rules not allowed.
