...there friends (who are working in the company). 3) No appraisal. 4) No growth 5) No working enviorment (forced to work extra hours without any compensation) 6) No retention policy of good employees, even good managers are fired. 7) No HR policy. 8) If any client goes expect firing. 9) If you are working till 11 P.M. no policy of Dinner and Cab for Employees. HR is also silent. 10) You are forced to take your CL/SL according to the choice your team leads. Not allow to take leave acoordingly to your plan.

Easy to get the job (and that is a trap). This review is coming from a point of extraordinary honesty.

This place is the prime example of how toxic work environment can get. I have a good experience of work but here the skills and thoughts are not appreciated. Every senior person in this company carries a load of ego and self centeredness. The politics is extraordinary and the the colleagues are super non-helpful. They expect you to work your a** off. Even one tiny mistake is met with humiliation. Extremely toxic, please avoid.
