Everything to like here if you're standards are mediocre and have an appetite to suck up to people.

Dislikes

- They want Racehorses for the Budget of a Donkey - Instead of Fixing the budget issues, they'll buy a racehorse saddle and put it on a donkey. - When Saddle doesnt fit they blame the donkey. No questions asked to the management that gets the wrong saddle. - Leadership meeting and risk management is all about painting the donkey to look like a zebra. Hoping no one will notice. - Management's mislabeled Zebra forster's a culture of mediocrity masked as diversity. - Mislabeled Zebra is now Manager xD - Donkeys that dont comply with Zebra and shown the door. (No guidance from manager, Manager doesnt know what to do and masks his lack of knowledge and expertise with red tape communication) - Management makes the zebras and donkeys look like Unicorns to investors. - In retail, Top management is just photo ops, they turn a blind eye to basic problems. No Support in making things better, no proper incentivization, delayed payments, unsympathetic to staff if a personal problem arises. Basic Uniform and sanitization issues. - Attrition is 25%+ because some people who run departments fail to treat people with basic dignity and encourage their associates to do the same. - Brand is sustaining on milking the same cow (Marketing and Ads). - No intent of improving customer satisfaction. - Staff is burnt out and never rewarded by even a basic pat on the back for initiatives. - Escalation matrix is rigged.
