Experienced people should look for better option rather than accepting disrespect from Junior staff who simply assign you job other than your reporting authority & misbehaves a lot..Therefore there is no specfic post & eventually motivated to becomes All purpose Executive. Would not recomend senior person, to work in such an environment full of with mean minded person like Biswajit or kesari, who fears to loose their importance onboarding new employee at similar position or higher level.These people including Psedo HR will never let anybody grow .Just disappointing.
