Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. I don't like anything here. Here a person Ritik who tortured me too much when i was newcomer to the company. He have tortured me mentally. And when the company wants to fire you then they dont give any particular reason. My experience was very terrible.

Dislikes

When i met with an accident then company fired me at the saddest moment. I feel very bad. Work life balance is zero. Environment is very bad.
