The company is open for technological advancement in areas of academic and the work ethic is high.The company runs various projects in its campuses which exposed me to learning work on site to achieving high standards on site experience.

Dislikes

There was no upward mobility and employees often became demotivated however much they struggled to achieve further training.The University also remained mostly non digitized and paper work became the norm.Medical cover for employees had spiraled disenfranchising the staff further unlike in the past when everything ran smoothly.
