Nothing. Its the worst company to work with, You realise it pretty quickly but due to lack of other job opportunities you continue to work bearing all stress and it leads to serious health issues. Never recommend to anyone.

Dislikes

As already told. There is no job security, even after you leave the job you will not be paid your settlement, you will get salary only by 10th of the month and sometimes later. You are belittled in front of the office staffs no matter how senior you are. You increments will come only if you agree to be exploited at their will.There is a time to come but if you go on time it will be held as a grudge. They will expect you to work on sunday ,holiday and also if you are on leave. Late night work is expected. There is favouritism which is held by the very senior lady staffs. They rule the place like owners. There are two bosses MD and the CEO and you have to get approvals from both for anything which is difficult in case of leave especially. and also for your works. There is a lot more but I think this is enough....I am getting a headache even thinking of this.
