...cultural support, teammates are very supportive and the management are flexible. Company policies are wonderful, appraisal are fair, salary ok and bonus ok.

If an employee able to appraise his superiors and good spooling, you can survive in this group as Management is weak, this company is running by politicians whi do not care company growth, and if these politicians can remove any good employee who works really for company because management is weak and they do not worry. That is the main reason this 50 years old company is still back and dependent on these foolish politicians and can take decisions independently.

Dislikes

management's blind trust on immediate managers (VPs &GMs)without checking what is facts though these managers are not transparent
