Very Bad Management. No Career Growth No Salary Increase even if you work for 10 years. No Tea break only one hour break for lunch. Low grade (Labours/Assistant) employees are treat like animals. Health and safety culture is very Bad because not provide any safety jacket for Assistant/ labours who work in chiller (very cool) only provide to freezer zone workers. Delivery department staffs suffer alot. Getting Emergency leave is very hard ( Mostly Impossible) before 1 year of joining or we should pay money. Few Good things : Salary own time Accommodation is ok Transportation is ok Drinking water facilities is ok

Over-all is average but most dislike working at Mohebi Logistics is salary. Everyone here is not satisfied with the salary they get including me. I including every staff here work hard & under huge pressure to give their 100% but company doesn't think about the salary increment.
