Only one senior diploma engineer work for owner drainage cleaning work. Chewing and spitting ghutka during the working time at site office. Game competition during working hours at site office. Candy crush and LUDO is the favorite game during the working time. Misreport to office staff about new site emplyoee. Zero technical knowledge only ask contractor regarding work process. So called senior is not deserve as a site supervisor but take kick backs from contractors. Site Employee becoming contractors at site work, work on double duty, salary from builder and profit of contractor.
