Its a good organisation for learning and there Directors are always teach to the employees for good atmosphere and working culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issue.Salary is not too decent and career growth is very poor.

Lots of politics in this organization, senior had lots problem with your work activities, uncultured people is here , company director's is involved in poltics specially Dinesh Ji, He had 3 eyes One of Arun Tripathi, Rupesh, another Dharmesh Tiwari, and Priyanshi , these guys never want to stay any person , they creat hurdles in your work, yes But this company had nice people like As Director Suresh ji, Manoj Ji, if you got opportunity work with Suresh ji or Manoj ji team you can join another I can't suggest to join anybody here

The company is Gradually Growing in Indian market n day to day new state launched n susses our Sales n marketing strategies. I m lot of learning by company like recently company new CTC plant start at Naina guri especially for Prossesing of tea. Fully charge handedover by Director Sir for 4P The management give the full powor to drive our market . Full work culture in company . I m happy to rejoin this organisation.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow, The work pressure is very high, some times , I hv to work 14-18 hours strait in a sayad I hv to attend our distributors / journey. There is no proper training for new joiney by trained trainers.

There was nothing for like.. morning tea provided by company also diffrent ctg.for junior or senior employee. This was a prison for all employees, I really hate to go office on every morning, the director of company was very eccentric person, never maintain hierarchy of company..

Fully disturbed management. Lots of reason to say for disliking company
