There's nothing to like about this company. It's completely trash. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company.

To be honest, I dislikes everything here. They offer very less salary, there's no such thing as appraisal in this company. The behaviour of higher authorities are very unprofessional. There's no such thing as hygiene in the office.

...k they can never be wrong and always stay with their high egos no matter what. Very poor salary structure. No growth infrastructure. Basic standard of hygiene and work culture not maintained.

Only one thing is good here staffs in small store levels are friendly.

Improvement is almost zero here. Salary growth is very low. Working culture is not well balanced. No position to get promotion. Overall working experience not good.

...ring my journey I have seen a number of firings without any further explanation. There is no leave policy in the organization, and apart from the salary, there are no other perks or benefits. In shot, my work experience is very poor.

CAREER GROWTH POOR, WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH, IN TIME MAINTAIN BUT OUT TIME NO BOUND (LIMIT CROSS), FIRE TRAINING NOT MAINTAIN BY COMPANY FOR THE STAFF ,POLLUTION HUGE BUT EXHAUST FAN OFF, RAW MATERIAL STOCK NOT IN PROPER DRESSING IN COMPANY INSIDE AREA SO CAUSE ANY INCIDENT HAPPEN , FIRE EXIT GATE ALWAYS CLOSED AND LOCKED BY MANAGEMENT
