Salary on time, office timings.saturday half day.MD is a nice person. Hr manager also very helpfull.

Dislikes

No work satisfaction.day by day work pressure increase. You have to do some work which you have no idea before . Which not match your profile.

When I started working initially, I was made the employee of the month and I agreed to work there as my salary was hiked compared to the last company.

Dislikes

...cs or policy for working 9 hours a day, the manager can extend the working time. After working for six months, when the time came for my appraisal they offered me only 5% increase in salary, though I was the senior creative designer. I had to travel to their ngo on Sundays also for videography work.

Hr department doesn't know about their own work .they called every employee for MD's round and discuss salary and joining date all in details after that day before final round they tell that profile was not shortlisted from begining

If possible give negative marking I will give the same.

Dislikes

...ut also manage thier household stuffs. The management doesn't address out issue. Salary was on time. But there were lot of manual work and malpractices in this organisation. I will not recommend anyone to join.

1. Very very bad work culture. 2. Owner's of the company are dumb. 3. Senior employees get much attention then the new one. 4. Too much politics. 5. No salary slab. 6. There is no employee policy. 7. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
